Tryout sessions run from August 6-8 in Nanaimo

Interested in trying out for VIU Mariners varsity women's soccer in 2024? 

Open tryouts will take place from Tuesday, August 6 to Thursday, August 8 at Q'unq'inuqwstuxw Stadium (Nanaimo District Secondary School Turf), 355 Wakesiah Avenue, Nanaimo.

  • Tuesday, August 6: 4-6 p.m.
  • Wednesday, August 7: 5:30-7:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, August 8: 4-6 p.m.

Please contact VIU Women's Soccer Head Coach Bobbie Taylor prior to the tryout dates if you have any questions or to declare your interest in attending.

Please note that soccer student-athletes must be enrolled in a minimum of 9 credits at VIU during the fall semester to be eligible to compete in varsity athletics.
