Six VIU Mariners named 2023-24 CCAA Academic All-Canadians

The CCAA released its list of 2023-24 CCAA Academic All-Canadians on March 8 and we are pleased to announce that six VIU Mariners were awarded this distinction.
The CCAA Academic All-Canadian Award is one of the most prestigious awards in Canadian collegiate sport. It requires a student-athlete to earn a conference all-star or post-season tournament all-star award as well as honours standing in the most recent semester or term. Congratulations!
Megan Duffy – Volleyball / Interior Design
Owen Dyck – Volleyball / Science
Kiana Gelissen – Volleyball / Child and Youth Care
Michael Heppelle – Soccer / Business Administration
Aimee Skinner – Volleyball / Kinesiology
