#1 Nationally Ranked

VIU women's volleyball has held onto the #1 national ranking for a few weeks, and will start 2019 #1. They have an undefeated season (12-0) going as does the women's basketball team at 6-0, currently ranked #5 in the CCAA. 
Men's basketball are also nationally ranked #5 with a 5-1 record. (NNN feature)
The 2019 season gets rolling on January 4/5 when the Capilano Blues volleyball teams are in town for a doubleheader and VIU basketball is on the road.
